Choose a plan to keep using Parallax. Nothing is charged when the trial ends, because it never asked for a card, and nothing you imported or wrote is deleted. Until you choose, you can still sign in to pick a plan, and export a backup of your data any time.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from Settings. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the month or year you have paid for; you keep the plan until then and are not charged again. To keep using Parallax after that, choose a plan again; nothing is deleted. In the EU you can also withdraw within 14 days of subscribing for a full refund of that first payment. The termsterms, published when paid plans open, will have the detail.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
You keep fewer accounts or features, and nothing is deleted. Accounts over the new plan's limit become read-only: still visible, but with no new imports or syncs, and you choose which one stays active. Broker syncs pause and their keys are kept. A connected Claude or ChatGPT stays connected but is told the feature needs Pro. Upgrade again and every answer comes back.
Why does my card statement say LINK.COM?
Paid plans are sold through Link, Stripe's checkout, which is the merchant of record: it charges the card, applies the VAT for your country, and sends the receipt. So the line on your statement reads LINK.COM* PARALLAX.
Is VAT included?
Yes. The prices on this page are in euros with VAT included. Checkout shows the amount in your local currency before you pay, and the receipt shows the VAT.
Do beta users pay?
Not this year. Everyone approved during the beta keeps Pro free until 31 December 2026. Before then we will email a founding-member offer for a first paid year. From 1 January, choose a plan to keep using Parallax. Nothing in the account is deleted, and you can export it any time.
