The Parallax server answered this browser as expected. A single account, import, price download or calculation can still be slow or unavailable.
Could not reach the server
Your browser did not get the expected answer. That can mean an outage, a network problem on your side, or an unexpected response.
Beta support
There is no public incident history yet. If something fails, write to support@parallaxinvesting.com with the approximate time, the account, and what you were doing.
Never send credentials in an incident report.
Do not include passwords, session tokens, IBKR Flex tokens, raw brokerage statements, or complete account numbers.
